I just started commuting in the past month. Are the afternoon breezes off the bay just a summertime thing or do they occur all year long? I hate the first few miles of my afternoon commute because I start out with a headwind followed by a crosswind. I seem to have hardly any tailwind. Can I expect this all year long?
