I have to laugh.....being an ultrarunner, before races I'm always checking temps and humidity to see how it may affect my run. Now I'm a wind direction checking maniac!

PSIMET2001....I live in North Aurora. So if you are in Elgin we are really close. Did you ride Swedish Days? I did the 124 there with about 10 other crazies who decided it would be fun to ride all day in the wind and rain! I rode it solo though...no pace line..mostly a headwind till the end so I know I can make it 160 with a paceline. I'll be looking for your bikeforums plate

Thanks again so much....Crystal Louden

Pay for West to East winds about 13-17 mph.

Actually we're leaving from West Aurora. I wanted to do the Swedish Days ride, but I had gotten my wisdom teeth out 2 days before...read all about it here: http://www.bikeforums.net/showthread.php?t=204307

Then I just said forget Swedish Days...I'll just go to Sweden. That threw a wrench in my training plans. Hey, say hi as you PASS me... PM me if you plan on getting to Terre Haute early tomorrow. We might go for a short easy ride....
