Here in Richmond, lots of out of town plates with bike racks, I assume people traveling for RAIN and stopping before heading to Terre Haute. I also saw a couple pace lines running through town - something that is a very rare sight in Richmond. They have the last mile marked and where you turn to go into Earlham College and finish. I'm not riding, but will be volunteering at the finish in some capacity, if you see a guy in a Lance Livestrong hat, glasses, and about 6'-1" say hello, I'll grab my camera and snap some BF'er photos if you like.
