You bet- I pack serious heat.
What I do is strap it to the back of my folding bike. I have a detachable rear rack that I bungee cord it down with. If something happens, I have this button that I wear around my neck. I can press on the button and boom! Off it goes to attach whomever I want. It's totally awesome- my setup rocks!
