Yes, I own a 1960 Gran Sport derailleur set, OEM on Capo #2.

Put the bike in its lowest/inboardmost gear combination, with the front derailleur cable slack. Now loosen the mounting bolt atop the cage and slide the cage inward or outward for a standard low gear adjustment, i.e., inner face clearing the chain by about 2 mm. Now shift to the highest gear combination and adjust the high stop screw. I hope this helps.
