Good question. Sometimes when I'm exhausted, a ride is just the ticket. But sometimes nothing works other than rest. Go for a light spin and see if you don't perk up. If that doesn't work take two 21-year-old flight attendents to the Barcalounger and call your chiropractor in the morning.
