I'd buy the Kikapu. A number of the folks in the MTB group at work moved up to dual suspension fairly quickly. Also, from a financial standpoint, if you buy the Kikapu and decide to upgrade, you probably can sell it for what you purchased it for. None, I mean NONE of the new bikes will be able to do that.
