Not true. Saturdays are regular hours (til 1) and Sundays are from noon til 8. Until a year or three ago Sunday sales were illegal, but not any more. Delaware also has a bill pending that will allow for beer sales (though not wine or liquor) in grocery stores. The reason they don't already is a law that only allows one liquor store per ever 9/10 of a mile.
