My gripe about BD is that they have given NOTHING back to the bike scene...no sponsor money, no prizes, no advertising, no support, etc. I say we support the companies who give back to our sport. And don't forget about the traditional companies support for their dealer network: generally excellent warranty service, and real phone numbers that you can connect to a live body (tech support is a good example). BD business model is based on deceptive advertising. Support those companies who support us!
