It's a bike/run mass start that sets a biker and a runner on a team and the lowest total time wins. I've got a runner... he runs a 9:18 in the 3200m. I don't think he'll have a problem breaking the record and getting his $100.
Do you have a powertap or is it from that calculator that you got the 466 watts? What are the stats on that local climb? Those are some damn good numbers. But uh, 70 watts more than that? Half an hour of 537 watts...that's 6.5 w/kg even at 82.6 kg, and I imagine you weight less than that. That would lay the hurt on top-caliber doping pros.
