Currently I have a 99 trek 470 with shimano rsx components, 14 speed. I have heard alot of bad things about the sora and tiagra, expecially the shifters. How do the sora or tiagra compare to the rsx? Would I be better off selling this bike and getting a new entry level with tiagra? or possibly this trek 1000?
