it's reasuring to hear how long people's shoes have lasted. at £130 a pair i'd like to get at least a few years out of my carbon shimanos.
i try not to walk much in them but it's impossible to avoid when going for call of nature breaks or whatever. must admit i'm surprised at the level of scratching and chipping on the soles (although they are carbon). presumably a few scratches won't shorten the life of the shoe?
