I have a 2005 Felt F2C that I have had for about 9 months. It's my only bike, so I use it for both training and racing and have about 7,000 miles on it. I would have preferred the F1C, but it was way beyond my budget. The 2005 F2C frame was a step down from the F1C, and I believe it still is, but it's worked fine for me. According to an e-mail I received from Felt, the 2005 F2C frame in 56cm is 2.7 pounds.
The only problem that I've had with it was with the stock Tetkro brakes being too short and rubbing against the tire. They were swaped out for free and replaced with Ultegra by the LBS after I brought it in for service. The only other change I've made to it is a set of Bontrager Race x-lite carbon tubular wheels that I put on for racing. I find the bike to be comfortable enough, and stiff enough. It's definitely good enough to race since I've ridden it from Cat 5 us to Cat 2 so far this season in everything from crits to hill climbs to 100 mile road races.

As a side note, I haven't seen too many other Felts in the races I've been in. I've seen about 5 F1C's but only one other F2C.
