Two bike shops near me have different offers... one has a "standard" tune up for $30 or $60 gets you a complete bike strip down, cleaning, and tune up. The other shop has a $30 standard tune up or you can 5 yrs of tune ups and work done to the bike (labor.. parts are extra obviously), plus free wheel truing (on the bike), fitting, setup, and some other things that I can't remember for $60.

I use both for different things. I have the 5yr plan (comes in handy... "here, I can't get this damn thing to work, do something please"... 10 min later... "all set"... "thanks"... ride out the door without spending a penny)... the other shop is "high end" so when I totally f'd up my rear wheel, I brought it there to be rebuilt... $20.. not too bad.
