training schedule**********
ok i'm a noobie and have been riding 30 miles, every other day, for the last few weeks. I have been told I should switch to 4 days riding in a row and then a day off, and then repeat (4 days on 1 day off).
Is this correct? What kind of schedule do you use?
By the way, it feels so good to be back on a bike again and thanks for all the help on this great site!!!!
