Landis beat both Pereiro and Sastre by over a minute in the first ITT with the handlebar problems at the start and later a bike change. This ITT is around the same length. If all three pretty much repeat their first performance and none have any mechanical problems Landis wins by a minute and a half or more. I'm keeping my fingers crossed though. In this tour you never know whats going to happen.
