Good post, i agree, but the degree to which some people will go to poo-poo the achievement really blows me away. When I see people react in a rather dismissive manner, it really makes me ask questions like, "What does it take to inspire them?" "What type of effort would they deem as praiseworthy as the majority of people responding?"

and then I ask myself another question "Who cares?"
