Please give me some tips on what to change on my bike or how to angle myself differently/more properly.
I'm getting back into riding, and have a decent bike now (my old one was pretty bad). Hoping to start off well with a bike that is set up correctly.
Here are three pictures...the first is regular position (hoods?), the second is pretending I have aerobars, and the third is in the drops.

I'm just looking for a proper, comfortable fit for regular distance rides (anywhere from 15-45 miles). Not looking to race at this point.
