Dude - you're waaaaay overthinking this thing. Both are good wheelsets and I don't think I'd recommend one over the other. Just pick one and go and ride the h3ll outta them. I sweated over wheels and blew a wad of cash on different wheelsets. I finally ended up with Ultegra/Open Pro's and have never been happier.

Given my experience of buy multiple expensive wheelsets, I might recommend some Mike Garcia handbuilts over the Rolfs or the Eastons. You'll have a wheelset thats as good and light, but for about $250 less.
