I use an Arkel Briefcase - I can't imagine a Laptop that wouldn't fit in there - it is massive. My laptop has a leather case that it fits, in, and the case fits into the neoprene sleve for the briefcase, which attaches inside the briefcase at the top, so that the laptop is sort of hanging inside the spongy bag thing - which looks like it would avoid shock.
