i have a 9spd 105 rear der. btw in case it matters
I'm interested in this too. I won't be losing anything on the low end, and having a 27 cog instead of a 25 *could* give me a little more of a climbing advantage, but how much?

I was just looking at this the other day: Link to Ebay Shimano 105 CS-5600 12-27 Cassette
