Orbea XLR8R frame - looking for carbon...

I have a 58cm 2004 Orbea XLR8R frame built up with Campy Centaur group that I am *thinking* about selling in favor of a new or gently used carbon frame (possibly Pedal Force??). I am looking for a smoother ride -- I'm guessing this frame is probably most suited for racing/sprinting/climbing. Frame probably has around 700 miles on it.

I can't find much info at all on XLR8R frames other than they seem comparable to current Lobular frames. How much do you think I could get out of the frame to go toward a carbon frame? Should I include the Ouzo Pro fork as well? I would probably rather have a less expensive fork with more relaxed rake.

Thoughts on value of frame or frame + fork?
