I guess this is a 1984 model?

EDIT: pic shows non-original cranks/chainrings, freewheel, seat, bottle holder, cyclometer and handlebar wrap. Everything else is original, as far as I know.
Yes, it is a 1984. The serial number is early in the year and the listed components match the specs. FYI, the tubing, according to the specs, should be Tange #3.
