Saw a couple of other bike commuters on the way in this morning. One department store bike, one retro cruiser, and one old mtb. I waved and said good morning to each. I was able to adjust my rack to avoid hitting my heel on the new panniers, but all I had time to do was loosen the top supports and rotate the rack back from level a few degrees. It's not ideal but it works for now.
