So as not to start a new thread about pretty much the same thing... i have an old italian viner with a paintjob that is in perfect condition, and although i don't expect it to stay free of dings (the paint is stupidly soft), I am nervous about the decals coming off over time. I will wax the whole thing for protection againt the elements, but what, if anything, can i put on the decals (or the whole frame/fork) to keep them from coming off or becoming discolored? There does not appear to be any kind of clearcoat over them at all.
