for example:
62 cm IRO: (58 c-c ST), 59 c-c TT, 17.8 cm HT
61 cm (c-t) Soma/Pake: 58.5 c-c TT, 19 cm HT
59 cm (c-t) Surly: : 58.7 c-c TT, 16.3 cm HT

all 3 will have pretty much the same ST length (they all measure c-t differently), all the TTs are about the same too, but there's a ~3cm difference in HT length.
