I'm new to all this, so bear with me. I found a funky older Fuji 10-speed road bike in a thrift store labeled "Sundance Juice Sparkler". Its clearly low end, 1020 high tensile, Made in Taiwan, but I'm just getting into rehabbing bikes and need a practice project bike to learn on, so if/when I mess up I haven't lost anything. Never-the-less, it has some personality and I would like to get it back into its best shape. I am curious about its age and what's the deal with that name? I googled all variations on "Fuji Sundance Juice Sparkler" and discovered (1) that Fuji does have a "Sundance", but its an MTB which this clearly is not and that (2) Stroh's brewery introduced a non-alcholic beverage in the mid-80s ('86?) named the "Sundance Juice Sparkler". Was there some product tie-in here? If you sent in 500 bottle tops, could you win a bicycle?

It is painted some kind of pale cranberry (pink!) with white forks, white head tube, drop handlebars with foam grips, diacomp sidepull brakes, Shimano deraillers (don't know what "flavor", the rear derailler says its a Shimano Tourney, the front just Shimano), Araya 27/1 1/4 wheels, nameless hubs (the rear stamped KK B-88, the quick release in front, KK K-87) and has a Viscount Fuji saddle.

If this rings any bells with anyone, I would appreciate all the information you could send my way. I haven't figured out how to get a small enough attachment to this thread or I would post a pic.
