Shopping for a new bike

Hello fellow Large riders. I've been back on the bicycling kick for about 18mo now and really enjoying it. I've got some problems with equipment though....at 6'2" and 260 lbs I'm really tough on the components. I've currently ride a Biachi Brava stock, except for a custom built rear wheel, with sora gruppo. In less than 500 mi I wore out the chain and cassett and had it replaced by my lbs for free. Now at 2000mi I'm on my third chain and cassett and now need to change the crank and bottom bracket. I'm looking for a new bike that can handle lots of power and yet still be durable and reliable for long rides. My wife and I are riding our first century, The Hotter than Hell 100, and hope to buy in the next couple of weeks. I would appreciate any feedback that you can provide. I've currently test ridden a specialized robaix and a lemond Buenos Aires. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance
