Riding with the GF

I got my GF to buy a bike when we moved. Now we like to go for a ride once or twice a week. At first we could not find out a way to do it so that we were both happy. She thinks I go to fast I think she goes to slow blah blah blah. We did a few rides together that were not so fun ...then I had an idea (ouch). I would work on my cadence and stroke on the days that we rode together.

The couple of times a week that we ride together I try to keep my cadence above 90 and match her pace. I go to that place where I should shift cause im bouncing all over hell..but try to refine my pedal stroke so I am not. I am still totally working on it. For one thing it is good practice and I can tell now that I have a ton of work to do on my craptacular pedalling form. For two it just cracks the GF up to no end to watch me try to pedal at 120 rpm.
