Get better quality (or at least different material) jerseys. Generally speaking, the cheap ones are made of a blend of spandex that stretches more than, say, Craft, or for sure, Assos etc. I have 1 or 2 jerseys that droop and a bunch more that don't. Like others have suggested, it's not a skill.
