LOL!! If the world record is just under 4 hours--on a track, no less--then it sounds like there aren't very many people alive who have done it SOLO on a road bike with the same start/finish line (i.e. out-and-back or circular course). The best outdoor road record I could find was 4:10:09.

But... I have to think there are a number of professional cyclists who could do it (aren't there?) so perhaps this "record" isn't really a record.
