i agree, too big. i have jerseys in different sizes(L & XL) from the same manufacturer, and the bigger sizes droop like crazy, the smaller size keeps everything snug. they almost always feel a little too small to start but end up being the ones i always grab. lycra/polyester stretches with a few wearings always too.
