I may or may not make this one- I crashed my 'cross bike in the Don yesterday /hard/. I feel like I got hit by a bus-I could barely crawl out of bed this morning-my organs hurt. Bent my forks back about 3" too, now my 'cross bike has toe overlap
Looks like the frame made it through OK, though.
If I have time I'll swap out the fork from my IRO to the geared bike, otherwise I have no ride.
