There may not be a delicate way to describe it. It is a looped GIF movie of two men having sex. One guy is pounding the other guy in the a$$ like a jackhammer. The guy on the recieving end is riding the action in such a way that his "meat" spins. Really, you have to see it to appreciate it, but at the same time, you never should. Definately not safe for work.
