I think the shimano R540 are around $290.. Other places to check.. Supergo.. Pricepoint.. Jensonusa.. cambriabike..e-bay (can get last years Mavic's cheap sometimes).. TotalCycling.. gearlink..Bicyclebuys.. umm.. A good wheelset can be expensive, but it is probably the 2nd most important thing on a bike after the frame for comfort and speed, so definately not a area you want to skimp on.
