Ultegra SPD-SLs (on sale, $89) and PI Vortex II shoes (last year's model, $45.00). The shoes appear to be "the freakin extra slippery when you don't snap into the pedals just right or try to walk on the tile floor" model.

Actually, I'm just not used to road shoes. They feel great, though. When riding today, it was one of those "why didn't I buy these a year ago?" feelings.
