I suppose that it is a question of tactics.

Good ol' civil disobedience getting arrested has its place when there are a LOT of people doing so, and making a stink. If there are fewer, then TIMES UP! (austin, or someone else?) is probably right. Nobody would notice and it would just be a personal PITA
