Frisco to Breck is the easiest part. Breck to Frisco is even easier. The harder part is Copper to Vail Pass and Vail to Vail Pass, both of which contain a couple of short sections of pretty steep and windy grades. However, these sections are quite short, and riders have been known to walk these if they did not feel comfortable riding. In any event, it is quite doable.
