My first reaction was Victory, based on shape the cage and the jockey wheels being grey. But then I looked at one of my Campy catalog scans and saw the Triomphe came with with a similar cage and grey jockey wheels at one time. However the clincher for me on Triomphe was the retaining nut on the brakes. Victory (I have a set) are closed nuts, these are open and one of my Campy catalogs shows just this sort of nut used on Triomphe. But I have to say I would not mind seeing a close up of the crankset. The pic looks like it may have a self extractor, which would mean Victory. And who is to say it is not a mix of both?
Good point regarding the brake nuts. I didn't pick up on that. The skewers did have me leaning towards Triomphe, but the pic just wasn't good enough. It may well be a mix, as you suggest. Still, it would be nice to get some good pics of the crankarm spider, shift levers and skewers.
