The quick link is nice but does tend to mess up the shifting and I broke it. Good thing I wasnt sprinting hard, I was just going up a small incline out of the saddle in my 39x25 when it snapped
FYI - there is a correct and incorrect way to install the Wippermann Connex link. If you have it on the wrong direction it can (and usually will) cause shifting issues.
