Floyd's looking great!" BS. I couldnt' hit the mute button fast enough when that guy came on. OLNs biased coverage really came back to haunt them on this one. They were able to completely ignore the issued of how Armstrong beat Bass/Ullrich all these years if they were doping and he wasn't, but they can't ignore this.
Liggett was the worst announcer. He's so obnoxious. "No Australian will ever win the Tour." Why, cuz they don't dope enough?? He says "may they never return" about Basso/Ullrich/Vino but then one minute later says "Millar deserves another chance." I loved it the year before when he was so dismissive of Vino's early attack in the last stage. What an idiot.
I feel like I just read a post written by Jackson Pollock. However, one question for you. So, you're glad that Robbie Ventura's business is probably ruined because you don't like his commentary? That's amazing.
I wasn't always thrilled with all of OLN's coverage and personalities, but it beats the alternative, and I understand their reasoning for being biased toward the American riders and team. They're trying to attract the largest audience possible and their audience is American.
