It's an 03 model. Excellent price for an 8000 ... those things usually go for around $900 to $1k. And you won't regret your buy. I love my 7000 because of its longer geometry. To me it's a lot more comfortable and aerodynamic. Of course, it's a bit of a pain doing an extended uphill on a road.
