I'm camping out on craiglist for a 59cm to 62cm steel lugged track frameset (or road with horizontal dropouts) that either has messed up paint or is unpainted.

Out of curiosity, are there any online retailers that sell unpainted framesets? If they are discounted, I'd be even happier. IRO's Mark V looks like a good price, but I'd hate to buy one just to strip off the nice paint.
