I have a 1999 Rocky Mountain turbo road bike, the none-scandium one.
I'd like to comment on the durability and ride quality, but since I have (1) less than 10,000km on it, and (2) never ridden any other road bike, I can't really offer much insight, other than nothing has gone wrong with it yet, and it seems... light-ish and fast-ish? At least compared to the MTB DH tank I usually ride around on.
