Check out Nashbar and Jenson USA for good prices on Cane Creek and those FSA's. Should be able to pick one up for like $30 or $40. I just bought a Cane Creek for $30 for my threadless headset beach cruiser. I'll let you know in a year if is still functional being left out in the salt air all summer.
