I've got a pair of anatomic Modolo bars installed on a 3TTT stem like you have pictured. Took some muscle and some playing with it, but I got it on. Heck, a friend of mine put a pair of the same bars on a stem of only 25.4 clamp size (NOT recommended!)

There are hinged faceplate stems out there (I'll believe Fixer that the one pictured isn't if he says he's got one, though it would appear to be??), but it is possible to use a tranditional Cinelli or 3TTT. If you get a Cinelli, be warned that most are 26.4mm clamp size where most bars are 26.0.
