As another SID owner what is the secret to keep your air pressure where you want it as you set it? Just take the pump off really quickly?
How often do you have to add air, either Postive/Negative or both?
How do you check the pressure, with the pump alone?

Still learning
I have an early (1998) SID, so I don't have external rebound, but for the pre-load air adjustment, here you go:
- I usually check the air pressure every other ride or so. My SID doesn't lose air - only over a long period of time. The air pressure generally doesn't need bumped up.
- I check the pressure with the the pump. Yup - just pull it out smoothly, and you won't lose air. My pump has an adaptor that looks like the needle you would use to pump up a football/basketball. I always put a dab of grease on the needle before inserting.
Good luck!
