I'm considering doing a tour across the Middle East next Feb. From what I've heard, there are very few places to get bike parts there, so it is recommended that you bring most of the parts with you that you may need to replace.

If you were to go on a 3-4 month tour, what parts would you want to have with you? What is most likely to fail?
