Chocolate milk does have the same carbohydrate to protein ratio as Endurox (4:1), and on easier days it actually does work pretty well (and saves a ton of money). On hard days, training days before races or if I'm racing 2 events in a weekend, I go for the endurox. It goes down a little easier than the chocolate milk and has some other goodies (Glutamine, vitamins, etc) in it.
