Actually, after a long hard ride, anyone doing vigorus exercise can really benefit from recovery drinks, especially since most people don't eat the right foods. A good recovery drink will help muscles heal up faster and get you back in peak performance faster.

I like Accelerade (sp?). It tastes pretty good and is easy to make. After I ride for 50+ miles, if i don't get something like that into my system, I feel mentally drained, and kind feel a weird sense of depression.
